Boost your teaching or training skills
PUBLISHED 15-01-2024
Looking to develop your skills as a teacher, trainer or tutor? Then don’t miss out on another chance to study for a Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training.
The two-year, part-time, adult course is so popular, we’re running a second programme starting in February.
Enrolment happens on Wednesday 31 January and you’ll be studying at our Highbury Campus on Wednesday evenings.
The diploma has been specially designed for teachers, trainers and tutors already working in further education, adult and community learning or those carrying out training for public, private, voluntary or community organisations.
So you could be employed by a further education college, an adult and community learning centre or a learning provider on a paid or voluntary basis.
You could also be a trainer in the NHS, the armed forces or the private sector.
You’ll need to be at least 18 and ideally have good GCSEs in maths and English but don’t worry if you haven’t as we can help you to improve those functional skills as part of your course.
As part of your course, there will be assignments to carry out at home and you’ll need to complete at least 50 hours of teaching or training a year.
The cost is £4,670.
