Our popular Eden hair & beauty salons are getting a £450,000 makeover.

And to celebrate the September relaunch the team are offering a free treatment a week until Christmas for the person who comes up with the best new name for the fabulous facility.

Curriculum Manager Lyndsey Mason explained that while the students are away over the summer the area, which features two hair salons and two beauty salons, will be undergoing a complete refit.

Since they first opened their doors at Highbury Campus 14 years ago, Eden Salons have been a training ground for many of the region’s hairdressers and beauticians, offering courses in hairdressing and barbering, facials, manicures, pedicures, brows, lashes and massage therapy.

They've also been a firm favourite with members of the public who drop in for top treatments at super low prices.

“From September, the salons will have a total new look, with all the latest equipment, and we’re going to be offering even more opportunities with some fantastic new aesthetics courses,” Lyndsey continued.

“Because it’s so popular with members of the public we wanted to give everyone a chance to come up with suggestions for a new name.

“The best suggestion will win an amazing prize of a free treatment a week from the start of term in September until the end of term in December.”
