This course will help you understand the basic functions of the internet. You will be shown how to navigate a website, use a search engine to find things on the internet and download items from the internet.
Please note, this course is taught in various locations. Please enquire below to find out more.
There are no set criteria to join this course. However, basic experience of using a computer is necessary, especially the ability to use a keyboard and mouse.
This is a 9-hour workshop, which can be held at one of our Campuses or a community venue.
You will be given the opportunity to try out a number of computer-related tasks, which are fun, informative and interactive.
You can progress on to an accredited qualification, such as our Entry Level 3 Award in Essential Digital Skills.
