This course will help you improve your word processing skills and update your knowledge of Microsoft Word. You will be shown how to use the basic functions and formatting tools, how to use ribbons and create and save a document.
Please note, this course is taught in various locations.
There are no formal entry requirements to join this course.
Classes are three hours long, held over 5 weeks.
Your progress will be assessed by your course tutor through participation in group discussions and activities.
You could go on to study one of our other essential digital skills.
